Group Scout Leader - Various Locations

As Group Scout Leader (GSL) you will support and guide adults through their Scouting journey and ensure that young people locally can access the best possible Scouting. The GSL manages and supports the Scout Group and its leaders to ensure it runs effectively and develops in accordance with the rules and policies of The Scout Association. Beaver Scout Leader - Various Locations

The Beaver Scout Leader manages and leads the operation of the Beaver Section (6 – 8 yrs), in particular, the planning and delivery of the Balanced Programme, with the help of Assistant Section Leaders, Section Assistants and Young Leaders. The Beaver Scout Leader will motivate, inspire and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to take part in fun, challenge and adventure.

Cub Scout Leader - Various Locations

The Cub Scout Leader manages and leads the operation of the Beaver Section (8 – 10 1/2 yrs), in particular, the planning and delivery of the Balanced Programme, with the help of Assistant Section Leaders, Section Assistants and Young Leaders. The Beaver Scout Leader will motivate, inspire and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to take part in fun, challenge and adventure.

The Scout Leader will motivate, inspire and ensure that every young person has the opportunity to take part in fun, challenge and adventure.

All roles are subject to interview, The Scout Association’s appointments process (where applicable) and induction with the relevant line manager. Some roles may require applicants to be eligible for Charity Trustee status.
